‘Dating Naked' Star Is Suing Because Everyone Saw Her Naked

During an episode of the risque reality show "Dating Naked" that aired on July 31, New York model Jessie Nizewitz claims the cable network aired uncensored footage of her privates. Now she's filing a lawsuit against the show for $10 million, and as you can see in the photo of the alleged NSFW editing error, she might have a good case.
In a statement, Nizewitz claims she was told that her lady parts were going to be completely blurred for the show and that she was manipulated and lied to. The Long Islander said, “If you watch an episode, you will see that the blur actually makes it less revealing than a bikini would. Obviously, I did not expect the world to see my private parts," reports Variety.

As far as the fallout from the show, the reality star says her grandma is giving her the cold shoulder and the man she had been dating (we're assuming regular, mostly-clothed dating) isn't calling her back. In addition, NY Post reports Nizewitz has been heavily mocked online, making her literally the butt of everybody's jokes.

The Black Out! Charlie Sheen Called Farrah Abraham A WHAT!! PHOTOS

Charlie Sheen is one person you do not want to get into a war of words with.

The Anger Management actor lashed at the Teen Mom porn star Farrah Abraham for leaking parts of their text messages which discussed working together to the media yesterday, calling her a “desperate guzzler of stagnant douche agua.”

I truly do not recall giving you permission to globally reveal any communication between us. congrats on surviving your lobotomy and an even bigger congratz on the recent attempt at porn.

please send my number to middle earth and if allowed, eagerly follow it into said abyss and slam the door behind you. the world will collectively sigh as the pungent memory of you vanishes into the pedestrian troposphere of lame-suck and zero-life.
oh and I’m sure they’ll wave the cover charge when they see your tranny-boobs and five o’clock shadow.

“I definitely feel it’s an unfair comparison,” Farrah, 22, tells New Jersey’s Metropolis Nights magazine about comparisons to Kim, 32. “I have been very successful with other things in my life besides just being a reality TV star.”

“I have books and other things going on in my life that outshine Kim Kardashian,” she says. “I feel I just outshine her when it comes to both our personal and professional lives. That’s why I don’t like being compared to her.”

“We’re two really different people,” Farrah continues. “I don’t for see myself getting married more than once. I don’t see myself making the same choices that she has made. Good or bad, I just feel I’m going to be a smarter person.”

Farrah Abraham Says She Inked A $500,000 Deal For Strip Club Gig

Farrah Abraham has apparently turned her strip club "research" gig into a half-a-million-dollar payday.

The former "Teen Mom" star began working at Palazio Gentlemen's Club in Austin, Texas, about a month ago. She told E! News she was hired as a cocktail waitress and began dancing to make more money, but claimed it was all for research.

"It's job shadowing that I hope pays off. In the same way Jennifer Aniston researched her role as a stripper, that's what I'm doing," she told E! News. "It's how I get the information to write my books and do my movies."
Now, Abraham claims she inked a $544,000 deal to dance as part of the club's Celebrity House Feature, which kicks off Aug. 22, according to RadarOnline.com. Customers who want to watch the 23-year-old perform will have to fork over $2,500 for an hour or $500 for 10 minutes.

“It benefits everybody,” BeBe Montgomery, manager of Palazio, told Radar. “It’s really fun ... I hired Farrah as a waitress about a month ago and then we talked about it. She decided to switch to dancing. And then we talked again and came to an agreement for six figures. We’re really happy and excited.”

Last year, Abraham invited a photographer to document her pole-dancing at a class in Austin following the release of her sex tape with porn star James Deen. At the time, HuffPost Celebrity noted a possible career move from porn to the stage for Abraham.

Microsoft Unveils WindUp App, Says Not a Snapchat Competitor

Software developer Microsoft Corporation (MSFT - Analyst Report) recently released WindUp for Windows Phone, an app that allows users to share messages, photos and videos, which are automatically deleted at a time preset by the user.

The app has reportedly been touted as a prospective competitor to Snapchat, which is still not available on the Windows Phone platform. However, Microsoft denied the reports, claiming that the app is a prototype launched on Windows Phone Store for only research purposes.
The WindUp app can be downloaded free by users of Windows Phone 8 or 8.1 to exchange self-destructive temporary messages, photos and videos where users can select a time depending on how long they want their message to last. However, unlike other ephemeral apps where messages are automatically deleted only after the receiver sees them, WindUp messages are destroyed minutes after sending them. The app doesn’t offer location services.

Ephemeral messaging is not an unknown concept and has become quite popular with users due to the unique features.  These features have attracted big Internet companies such as Yahoo! and Facebook (FB - Analyst Report) into the ephemeral messaging market. With this app, Microsoft becomes the latest entrant into this space. The launch of WindUp will not only boost Microsoft’s competitive position but will also help it to build a strong bench of software developers.

But WindUp is available only on the Windows Platform. Therefore, its limited presence could be a major disadvantage.

Nadal to miss US Open due to wrist injury

Reigning champion Rafael Nadal will miss the US Open later this month due to a right wrist injury.

"I am very sorry to announce I won't be able to play at this year's US Open, a tournament in which I've played three consecutive finals in my last participations," he wrote on his official Facebook page on Monday.

A two-time champion in New York, Nadal also missed the tournament back in 2012 as he recovered from a knee injury.

"I am sure you understand that it is a very tough moment for me since it is a tournament I love and where I have great memories from fans, the night matches, so many things," he added.

"Not much more I can do right now, other than accept the situation and, as always in my case, work hard in order to be able to compete at the highest level once I am back."
The world number two had already been forced pull out of the Toronto and Cincinnati Masters due to the injury he suffered in training last month.

The withdrawal continues an up and down season for the Spaniard as he has failed to match his achievements of 2013, despite claiming a 14th Grand Slam title at Roland Garros back in May.

A back injury bothered the 28-year-old as he lost to Stanislas Wawrinka in the Australian Open final and he was far from his supreme best early on in the clay court season as he suffered surprise defeats to David Ferrer and Nicolas Almagro at the Monte Carlo Masters and Barcelona Open respectively.

He also lost out to world number one Novak Djokovic in the finals of the Miami and Rome Masters, but exacted revenge by preventing the Serb from completing the career Grand Slam with his ninth French Open title.

Porn Star Kim Kardashian Is Chilly

Every time I think I’m finally through with Kim Kardashian, the world’s most famous porn star does something like this to keep drawing me back in. What can I say? I’m just a sucker for wannabe celebrity funbags. Anyway, as the Internet’s foremost expert in nippleitis, I’d say Kim came down with a pretty serious case here, but I’d have to do a full hands-on diagnosis to be sure. And to be honest, I’m a little worried I might catch something, so it’s probably better to just study it from a distance. That’s my professional recommendation, at least.

With the release of Kanye's gratuitously brazen Bound 2 video today, you'd think the world might've seen enough of Kim Kardashian's admittedly magnificent breasts.

Even the night before Tuesday's shocking reveal, the 33-year-old showed off her pendulous charms in a see-through top at Mario Testino's exhibition in New York.

But our old friends popped out again this afternoon for a stroll in Manhattan with the reality star and her baby North West, five months, who was wrapped up against the chill air.

Kim wasn't without protection against the cold as she was sporting an on trend mohair coat.

Once the province of British used car dealers and market stall traders, the item is this season's coat to be seen in... but it does cover a gal's figure up.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star tempered this with her plunging tuxedo neckline; although she probably let out all the warmth in exactly the same way.

Sorry PS4: Xbox One grabs Rise of the

Bad news, PlayStation gamers: if you were hoping to play Rise of the Tomb Raider then you'll need to pick up an Xbox One, too, since it's confirmed today that the game will be exclusive to the console. Set to arrive in holiday 2015, the new installment in the long-running series will see Lara Croft return to the sort of tombs that she explored in the earliest games. However, PS4 owners are already angry.

According to Microsoft, Rise of the Tomb Raider will be set in multiple locations with a variety of hostile environments to explore. The bigger battle developer Crystal Dynamics faces, though, is explaining why it jumped into bed with Xbox.

According to head of studio Darrell Gallagher, the decision was down to the degree of support Microsoft was promising to give, and the potential that could have on driving sales of the new title.

"We know they will get behind this game more than any support we have had from them in the past," Gallagher says, describing the exclusive as "a step to really forging the Tomb Raider brand as one of the biggest in gaming."

However, he also insists that it doesn't mean the studio is abandoning PlayStation or PC. Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris is due December on both, he points out, while Tomb Raider: The Definitive Edition is already available on the PS4.

There's plenty of time to go before Rise of the Tomb Raider actually arrives, so details on gameplay are scant. Still, it's a much-loved franchise, and attention - along with heated argument over platform exclusives - is likely to be significant until the holiday season next year.

Meerut to Muzaffarnagar: was India's last urban riot

The pattern of Hindu-Muslim riots following the tumult in Gujarat in 2002 suggests that the new sites of communal violence are now deliberately chosen so as to evade the withering scrutiny of national media, particularly 24x7 TV news channels.
The masterminds of such communal violence have shifted their activities from bustling cities to decaying towns and their rural

Think of the major sites of communal disturbances over the last 12 years, beginning from 2003, the year after the riots. Mau in Uttar Pradesh, Gopalgarh in Rajasthan, Kokrajhar in Assam, Bettiah in Bihar, villages around the west UP towns of Muzaffarnagar, Kanth, Saharanpur and Meerut, to even Mewat, merely miles away from the millennium city of Gurgaon.

All these pockets of conflict lie outside the hub of national media, which are headquartered in Delhi or Mumbai and boast fulltime
This shifting of the site of communal violence is a sharp riposte to those who expounded, in commemorative TV programmes and print editions marking the 10th year of the Gujarat riots, the sheer implausibility of triggering mayhem in the age of mass media.

Describing Gujarat 2002 as the country’s first ‘televised riots’, it was claimed that the coverage spawned revulsion against the Gujarat government’s perceived partisan approach to tackling violence. Regardless of the advantages that accrued to the BJP in Gujarat, 2002 still remains a blot on its history, as dark as 1984 is for the Congress.

It is to offset the disadvantages arising from the national media’s coverage of mass violence that its masterminds have thought it prudent to shift to creaky towns and their sleepy peripheries.

Muzaffarnagar or Moradabad or Saharanpur may just be hours from Delhi, but because journalists are not embedded in the local milieu, with no clue of either festering communal problems or of the deliberate fanning of tension, they often arrive at such places long after the violence has erupted and devastated.

There are no images of murderous mobs on the rampage to telecast, no shocking justifications of violence to record, as had been the case with the coverage of the riots in Gujarat.

Call it the power of moving images, but an expression of mob fury captured live has a more telling impact than a victim describing it in his or her disconsolate voice.

Things You Never Knew About Tomatoes

Could there be anything more perfect than a ripe tomato, freshly picked, still warm from the sun? Tomatoes are one of those special foods that make our hearts flutter. With the arrival of tomato season, we'll be eating tomatoes in just about everything, from salads and pastas to BLTs and yes, on their own, with a sprinkling of salt.

Like anything we're really passionate about, we want to learn everything there is to know about tomatoes. Most people probably know that tomatoes are actually a fruit, but that's just the beginning of the long list of interesting facts we've found out.

Here are 11 things you probably don't know about tomatoes.

People used to believe tomatoes were poisonous.

In the 1700s, some Europeans feared the tomato because aristocrats were getting sick and dying after eating them. The tomato even earned the nickname the "poisonous apple." The problem wasn't the tomatoes, however, but the pewter plates on which the tomatoes were served. Because of tomatoes' high acidity, the fruit would leach lead from the plates, which resulted in many deaths from lead poisoning, falsely attributed to tomatoes. Luckily people eventually came to their senses and figured out the lead was to blame -- not the tomatoes.

Tomatoes do not belong in the refrigerator.

The cold air in the fridge stops the tomato from ripening, and ripening is what gives tomatoes more flavor. The cold temperature will also alter the texture of the tomato, breaking down the membranes inside the fruit walls and turning it mealy. Word to the wise: keep your tomatoes out on the counter if you want them to taste good and retain their wonderful texture.

Three killed as Israel renews strikes on Gaza after Hamas rocket attack

The Israeli army said on Sunday it is resuming its raids on Gaza by land, sea and air after Hamas continued firing rockets, ending a unilateral 12-hour humanitarian truce.
"Following Hamas' incessant rocket fire throughout the humanitarian window, which was agreed upon for the welfare of the civilian population in Gaza, the IDF will now resume its aerial, naval and ground activity in the Gaza Strip," an army statement said.
"Due to flagrant violations of humanitarian remission by Hamas, the IDF is now resuming offensive activities," army spokesman Peter Lerner wrote on Twitter.

Three Palestinians were killed in shelling on Sunday, medics said.
Emergency services spokesman Ashraf al-Qudra said two men were killed in shelling near the border in central Gaza, while a third was killed near Khan Yunis in the south.
Israel's cabinet "approved the UN request regarding a humanitarian ceasefire to run until midnight (2100 GMT) Sunday", an Israeli government official told AFP on condition of anonymity late on Saturday.
However Hamas responded in a statement that "no humanitarian ceasefire is valid without Israeli tanks withdrawing from the Gaza Strip and without residents being able to return to their homes and ambulances carrying bodies being able to freely move around in Gaza".

Late Saturday the Ezzedine al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, claimed responsibility for rocket attacks on southern Israel and Tel Aviv immediately after the expiry of an initial 12-hour ceasefire both sides had abided by.

The attacks, which set air-raid sirens wailing throughout the country, were confirmed by the Israeli army.
Overall about 20 rockets were fired at southern Israel between late Saturday and Sunday morning.
The Iron Dome missile interception defences knocked some rockets out of the sky, and no casualties were reported.
Israeli artillery responded by opening fire in the Rafah area in the southern Gaza Strip, on positions from where the rockets were launched, an army spokeswoman told AFP.

20 Arrested, curfew remains in Saharanpur

Twenty people were arrested as curfew and shoot-at-sight orders remained in force on Sunday in the city hit by clashes between two communities over a land dispute. District Magistrate Sandhya Tiwari said, “The situation is better than yesterday. I have to just impose the law and order in the city and the situation is quite normal now.”

Three persons were killed on Saturday and 19 others, including policemen, injured in the clashes as mobs indulged in arson after which curfew was clamped and shoot-at-sight ordered. Five policemen, a city magistrate, and 13 others were injured. A constable Shensar Pal was stated to be in serious condition in Chandigarh PGI after suffering a bullet injury.

On the land dispute, Ms. Tiwari said, “I’m not going into it... The construction is on hold.” She said 20 people have been arrested in connection with the violence.
Police had fired rubber bullets to control the situation as mobs went on the rampage, setting several shops afire. Prohibitory orders under section 144 of CrPC have been invoked in the district and curfew was clamped in six areas, according to Tanveer Zafar Ali, Commissioner, Saharanpur.

Additional forces, including from PAC, CRPF, RAF and ITBP have been deployed in the troubled areas.

Trouble began when members of one community started construction work at the site in Kutubsher area in the wee hours of Saturday, which was objected to by the other group. Both the sides indulged in heavy brick-batting, arson and opened fire and there were reports of several shops being gutted in the clash, police said.

Uttar Pradesh government has announced financial aid of Rs 10 lakh each for the next of kin of the three persons killed in the clashes. An official spokesman also said that Rs. 50,000 will be given to the injured and added that the State government has sought a report on the incident from the district administration. In Lucknow, Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav on Saturday termed the incident as “unfortunate” and said that those responsible will not be spared.
